Green Africa has unveiled its cabin crew and pilot uniform ahead of its official commercial flight operation launch in Nigeria.
The Green Africa cabin crew and pilot uniform is also known as gCrew uniform was unveiled online in a show tagged “The Runway”. The crew displayed their different uniforms during the unveiling program.
Green Africa aircrew outfits is a professional uniform for all staff of the airline. Because uniforms play a key part in the passenger experience, the Green Africa gCrew uniform design, therefore, underline the airline’s identity and values. The meaning and stories behind the uniform were also explained by the founding director, Cabin services, Jasmine Dhillon.
According to the founding director, cabin services, Jasmine Dhillon, she said creating the gCrew Uniform has been a journey with many stories to tell. 17 designers were invited to be part of the success story.
The designers are a mixture of professional designers, upcoming designers and fashion schools. Their target was to create something that will celebrate Africa while keeping the uniform functional and terrific.
The selection process involved the board members, Gteam and family and friends. Green is not just a colour, it is a concept. It means growth, vibrancy and sustainability.
The comfort of the crew while wearing this uniform is paramount important because a happy crew means happy customers. The colour of the uniform was inspired by Africa vast and varied landscape. The unique green Africa print signifies progression and it forms the main element of the uniform.
The green Africa uniform is the celebration of Africa, a celebration of the unique green Africa brand and the celebration of the diversity of the green Africa team.
