Good news to all international travelers, the Nigeria international flights have finally started operations. The Nigeria International flight operations were suspended due to Coronavirus that spread all over the world.
The travel culture has changed due to Coronavirus. Things are no longer business as usual. There are lots of Health checks in place now. All passengers must be healthy and free from any symptom of Coronavirus before the passenger will be allowed to travel. In Nigeria, there is a new travel protocol all passengers must follow. All passengers traveling from Nigeria are required to carry a COVID-19 negative certificate issued by a government-approved laboratory to be allowed on the flight.
All passengers coming to Nigeria must carry a COVID-19 negative certificate result not older than 72 hours before boarding.
All passengers must register online, pay for the COVID-19 test fee, and upload the COVID-19 negative result not older than 5 days before the departure date.
Below is the Nigeria government-approved laboratory where all travelers are expected to carry out the COVID-19 test. Pls, note that the Coronavirus test is not free of charge. You can check the Nigeria International Travel Portal for more information.
Test requirements:
- PCR based COVID-19 test.
- COVID-19 Test certificates must be issued within 96 hours of departure.
- Tests must be carried out in any of the approved laboratories listed below.
