Washington-bound American Airlines from Los Angeles was delayed last weekend for more than 4 hours because of a weird smell like urine in the cabin.
A Washington Post columnist Dana Milbank, who was among the passengers on the Urine delayed flight tweeted that “And American Airlines (@AmericanAir) won’t rebook because our bags are on the plane- which is now in a hangar.”

After about 2.5 hours delay, the columnist tweeted that a Urine-Free plane now promised. “Urine-free plane now promised after 2.5-hour delay. Sarah Lee pound cake offered as consolation.”

The flight was delayed due to cabin cleanliness and the flight left around 4.5 hours late on a new aircraft. Leslie Scott An American Airlines told Fox News. “We apologize to our customers for the inconvenience.” He added.
