One of the East African Airlines, Rwanda Air has announced the resumption of flights activities from Nigeria to Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. The airline in a statement stated that effective from November 28 2021, flights services from Nigeria to Dubai will resume.
According to the airline, passengers must present a 72 hours Covid-19 certificate with a QR code embedded in it. Also, the passenger does not need a rapid test result but the passenger must fill the health declaration form.
Rwanda Air Nigeria To Dubai Travel Requirements
Below is essential travel information to enter into Dubai
- The passenger(s) shall present a VALID Negative Covid-19 Test certificate that is issued within the valid time frame, namely, (72) hours from the time of collecting the sample and from an approved health service, which uses a QR code System.
- Travellers must bring an official printed certificate in English or Arabic to check-in – digital and SMS certificates are not accepted.
- Passenger(s) shall undergo a PCR test upon arrival at Dubai Airports.
Kindly note that:
- NO approval is required from the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) OR from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) for the passengers to enter Dubai.
- NO Rapid PCR test report is required.
- All passengers must complete the health declaration form.
- Travel insurance for inbound passengers is mandatory.
- The airline shall ensure and/or verify the compliance of the above requirement(s) before the passenger(s) boarding the aircraft and shall not accept any passenger(s) who does not fulfil the aforesaid condition(s) and/or requirements.
- The above condition is imposed in addition to the guidelines, protocols and conditions issued from time to time.
