HM Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo visited Lagos to inspect the progress at Terminal 2, Wings D and E, and the private terminal of Murtala Mohammed International Airport, where 21 electronic gates (e-gates) are being installed.
While the installation at Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport in Abuja is complete and ready for commissioning, he is optimistic that the Lagos installation will be finished in the coming weeks.
Additionally, e-gates will be installed at Kano, Port Harcourt, and Enugu international airports, all of which will be linked to the newly built command and control centre in Abuja.
