According to the airlines, the reason for the formation of this alliance is to assist members. They tend to assist members when there is a flight delay, cancellation or any unforeseen contingencies.
For example, if Air Peace cancels or delays flights, Arik Air or any member airline can take the passengers if they have a flight on the cancelled or delayed Air Peace route. This sounds cool, right?
With the way the Spring Alliance is planned to operate, it will be a big platform for Nigeria since there are a lot of cancellations and flight delays in the country.
How To Switch Tickets From One Airline To Another
Through The Airline
You can change from one airline to another through the airline. This is how it works. If the airline cancels or delays too much, they will make an arrangement with another airline going that route to carry you. In this case, you don’t have anything to do.
All you have to do is to relax and allow the airline to do the flight swap arrangement and they will contact you. If everything is successful, the airline will just send you a message containing the new airline flight information like the airline name, flight time and date.
