Egypt Air has announced a 50% discount on its flight ticket to all their international route. Nigerians are encouraged to take advantage of this 50% discount promo that is expected to last until the end of March for ticket sales while the travel period is valid until the end of April.
This Egypt Air Promo to Nigeria is a means of encouraging travellers to travel more in this trying time. As the Easter festive period draws near, passengers are already making travel arrangements. Egypt Air is offering a 50% discount on the cost of a ticket to ease the Easter holiday pressure.
According to EgyptAir’s General Manager in Nigeria, Mr Muharram Abdel Rahman, the discounted fares is a way of telling the passengers they understand what they are going through and sharing in their expenses and to facilitate their movement during the forthcoming Easter holiday season to spend time with their families and loved ones.
“We must facilitate movement by passengers. I know that economic wise, everyone has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, reason why we are now offering a 50% discount on all flight destinations on EgyptAir,” Muharram said.
Aside from the 50% discount promo, both business and economy class passengers will get one extra piece of luggage at no extra cost.
So far, Egypt Air has a daily flight from Lagos to all international route and five weekly flights from Abuja to all international route.
According to Rahman, there is a plan to increase EgyptAir frequencies into Lagos Airport and Abuja airports. The plan is to start daily flight operations from Abuja Airport while Lagos Airport flight will be increased to 10 flights in a week. Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos, Nigeria will also have 2 cargo flights.
