Ebonyi state governor, Engr. Dave Umahi was at the Ebonyi State International airport yesterday to inspect the progress of the work on the airport site.
According to Francis Nwaze, the governor’s special assistant on media, the Ebonyi state governor was satisfied with the work done so far. The governor who visited the site yesterday was happy with the way the contractor executed the project.

Governor Umahi inspected the project yesterday and was happy with the progress of work at the Airport.
When the airport project is completed, it will complement other infrastructures in the state like the Ebonyi State Stadium, Ebonyi Mall etc. built by the Engr David Nweze Umahi led administration.
According to the governor, the airport will be commissioned this year. The airport will also commence flight operations as soon as possible.
