The break is finally over as Air Peace return Dubai via Sharjah. Air Peace flight from Lagos to Dubai via Sharjah was suspended last year due to global pandemic (Coronavirus) that affected the whole world. Covid-19 forced Air Peace to suspend the newly started route.
Air Peace confirmed via Twitter that the long-waited flight from Lagos to Dubai via Sharjah will resume on the 5th of February 2021. The Air Peace flights will continue to land in Sharjah and then passengers will take a bus to Dubai.
Before Air Peace started direct flights to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Emirates was the only airline serving the UAE nonstop from Nigeria – (Lagos and Abuja). Emirates has direct (nonstop) flights to Dubai from Abuja and Lagos while Air Peace has from Lagos to Sharjah. Passengers will take a bus to Dubai when the flight lands at Sharjah.
Air Peace Passengers can fly to Dubai from other route air peace operate to Dubai but there will be a stopover at Lagos. For instance, Abuja, Asaba or Portharcourt to Dubai will stopover at Lagos before going to Dubai.

The Price of a ticket from Lagos to Dubai varies depending on the class of service you’re travelling with. There is ECONOMY NON FLEXI (the cheapest and Non-refundable). ECONOMY FLEXI (Partly used ticket not refundable and the ticket is not too cheap). PREMIUM ECONOMY (Not cheap but there is space for more legroom (If a ticket is partly used, It is no longer refundable).

For now, Air Peace will operate only once a week flight from Lagos to Dubai via Sharjah. The eight hours nonstop outbound flight will leave Lagos every Friday at 01:00 AM and reach Sharjah at noon. The return flight departs Sharjah every Saturday at 08:00 AM and arrives in Lagos at 13:00.
Initially, it was a thrice a week flight between the two countries. Air Peace, noted that flight frequency would be increased subsequently depending on observed passenger traffic.
