The leading Airline in Nigeria, Air Peace is at it again as the seal an agreement with the Benue state government to operate a flight from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja and Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos to Makurdi, Benue State on Thursday in Abuja.
The flight to Makurdi from Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja and Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos will resume fully in few weeks’ time as both parties reached a fruitful agreement. The Nigeria top carrier will service Makurdi route with Embraer 145 jet under Air Peace Hopper, Air Peace subsidiary.
Air Peace Chief Operating Officer, Mrs Oluwatoyin Olajide guaranteed the good people of Benue state and travellers during the agreement signing ceremony in Abuja, that the airline will deliver a first class and outstanding flight services to all travellers.
Air Peace Chief Operating Officer, Mrs Oluwatoyin Olajide also confirmed that the flight from Lagos-Benue-Lagos or Abuja-Benue-Abuja bound flights will land at Nigerian Air Force Base, Markudi, Benue State.
The Benue State Commissioner for Works, Transport and Energy, Hon. Emmanuel Manger who represented the Benue state governor Hon Chief Samuel Ortom thanked the management of Air Peace for accepting their proposal to spread their wing to the state.
The Governor who was represented during the signing ceremony also assured the airline that his government will work with the airline to ensure the start operation immediately.
